WiFi Setup provides remote network configuration and troubleshooting services. We offer a 14-day service resolution guarantee on all technical support plans.
If your router disconnects or suffers from the exact same configuration issue we initially repaired within 14 days, we will log back in and fix it at no additional cost. If our technicians determine that the issue cannot be fixed remotely, we will process a full or partial refund for the service fee.
Please note that we provide services, not physical hardware. If our technicians discover that your router or modem is physically damaged, destroyed by a power surge, or entirely obsolete, we cannot issue a refund for the diagnostic time already spent. However, we will advise you on the appropriate hardware to purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for widespread internet outages caused by your Internet Service Provider (e.g., a downed cable line in your neighborhood). If an ISP outage is identified as the root cause of your issue during our session, the service fee remains non-refundable as the diagnostic work was completed.
